EPRI’s 2019 U.S. Symposium Series is providing attendees with a deeper dive into the specific, regional issues and opportunities associated with end use electrification, and its costs and benefits.
Co-hosted by Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP) and Northeast States for Coordinated Air Use Management (NESCAUM), “Pathways to Decarbonization in the Northeast,” August 27–29 at the Marriott Brooklyn Bridge in Brooklyn, New York, will bring together government and regulatory bodies with utilities, researchers, academia, manufacturers, vendors, and industry stakeholders to listen, learn, and network in two primary breakout tracks focused on buildings decarbonization and electric transportation.
The event begins with an afternoon of pre-conference workshops on Tuesday, August 27, and also offers an evening reception on Wednesday, August 28. The event is being co-chaired by NYPA President and CEO Gil C. Quiniones, and NYSERDA President and CEO Alicia Barton.
